Ludo King

Ludo King
Ludo King is a modern multiplayer board game where players race tokens around a colorful board. Utilizing a six-sided die, participants navigate four pieces from start to the center triangle. Using click-to-roll controls, the objective is to home all tokens before your opponents do.
Setup
- Players: 2 to 4 players (offline vs. computer, local pass-and-play, or online multiplayer).
- Tokens: Each player controls four tokens of a single color (Red, Green, Yellow, or Blue) starting in their corresponding yard.
- Goal: Race all four tokens clockwise around the outer track and up the home column to the center triangle.
Controls
- Roll dice: Click or tap the rolling cup on your turn.
- Move token: Click or tap the active token you wish to advance.
- Mobile: Tap dice and tokens directly using responsive touchscreen controls.
Rules
- Roll a 6 on your turn to launch a token out of the yard and onto the starting square.
- Move active tokens clockwise around the board by the number of steps shown on the rolled die.
- Rolling a 6 grants an extra turn; rolling three 6s in a row voids your turn.
- Land on an opponent's token to capture it, sending it back to their starting yard and earning an extra roll.
- The board contains marked star safe zones where tokens cannot be captured by opponents.
- The first player to successfully guide all four tokens into the center home triangle wins the match.
Tips
- Get all four tokens onto the active track as early as possible to maximize your movement flexibility.
- Position your tokens on safe squares to block opponents and wait for opportunities to capture their passing pieces.
- Avoid leading a single token too far ahead without support; keep your group clustered to defend each other.
